My Upcoming Book with 7 Habits Author, Dr. Stephen Covey & Ken Blanchard

Just a quick note to share some wonderful news.  I am just back from the American Society for Training and Development Conference in Atlanta.  Stay tuned for upcoming blogs on "best international practices" to help you in your business  coach and motivate your employees for performance improvement.

Talk about WOW Ideas for achieving ROI on your training dollars and amazing new techniques for using multiple approaches to field training including podcasts and new experiential learning techniques.

Now for the wonderful news awaiting me on my return to Costa Rica. I will be writing the Chapter on Going from Now to WOW in Customer Service,   in a collaborative book of best practices. I will be featured on the cover along with world renown international authors and speakers Dr. Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard.   While these projects are like giving birth, this collaborative book of best practices is expected to be out in January, 2008.  I of course will have autographed copies for my special clients who I have had the priviledge to work with, as they have championed their own organizations from Now to WOW!
