Hi Rosemary! Great article. I couldn't agree with you more and I couldn't have said it better myself. My only regret about moving to Costa Rica is that I didn't do it sooner!

By the way, I wanted to point out that the IRS now allows a Foreign Earned Income Exclusion of $82,400, up from the $75,000 you mentioned. You can read more on this IRS website:
